FORM ZB4 03f of Appeal$

After investigation and inspection the Board finds that the
applicant requests permission to construct a garage in his .legal
front yard. The Board agrees with the reasoning of the applicant.
The adjoining properties have garages in their front yard areas,
and this will not affect ,the character of the area.
The Board finds that strict application of the Ordinance
would produce practical. difficulties or unnecessary hardship; the
hardship created' is unique and would not be shared by all properties
alike in the immediate vicinity of the property and in the same use
district; andthe variance will not change the character .of the
neighborhood and will observe the spirit of the Ordinance. , . .
On motion by Mr. Tuthill , seconded by Mr'. Grigonis, it was
RESOLVED that Rein Narma, 1000 Private Road (Hyatt Road) ,
Southold, New York, (Robert C. Wertz, Esq. ) be GRANTED permission
to construct a garage in the front yard area. Location of property:

1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce practical difficulties or unneces-

because our home faces waterfront property and consequently we
would like to erect a garage in our legal front yard.
2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by all properties alike in the immediate

builder would make the garage.-as attractive and as part of the
