APPROVED ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS FOR1w Z � Almaoard of c eals After investigation and inspection, the Board finds that the applicant's request for a 4 ' x 6 ' off-premises directional sign as submitted in its application is reasonable. The Board agrees with the reasoning of the applicant. The Board finds that strict application of the Ordinance would produce practical difficulties or unnecessary hardship; the hardship created is unique and would not be shared by all properties alike in 'the immediate vicinity of. the property and in the same use district; and the variance will not change the character of the neighborhood and will observe the spirit of . the Ordinance. On motion by Mr. boyen, seconded by Mr. Grigonis, it. was RESOLVED, that the SOUTHOLD TOWN `REPUBLICAN COMMITTEE, Sunset 'Lane, Greenport, New York 11944, BE GRANTED a Special ,:.
