The Board agrees with the reasoning of ,the . applicant. The Board finds that strict application of the Ordinance would produce practical difficulties, or unnecessary hardship; the, hardship created is unique and would riot be shared by all properties alike in the immediate vicinity of the property and in the same use district; , and the variance will not change the character of the neighborhood and will observe the spirit of the Ordinance.
