SPECIAL MEETING
Meeting to Order 7 :15 p.m.
A Special Meeting was held by the Southold Town Board of
Appeals on MONDAY, JANUARY 22, 1990 commencing at 7:15 o'clock
p.m. at the Southold Town Hall, Z.B.A. Office, Main Road,
Southold, New York.
Present were: Gerard P. Goehringer, Chairman; Member
Charles Grigonis, Jr; Member James Dinizio, Jr; Also present was
Doreen Ferwerda, Secretary (Absent: Members Joseph Sawicki and
Serge Doyen) .
Chairman opened the meeting at 7:15 p.m. and proceeded with
the first items on the agenda, and the following action was
taken:
I . DELIBERATIONS/DECISIONS
On motion by Mr. Goehringer, Seconded by Mr. Grigonis it
was:
RESOLVED, to GRANT as applied, the Appl. No. 3886 - Robert
Staples, SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
1. That straw/hay bales 3 ft. landward of stakes.
2. That the contour line deviate the upland area of swamp.
3 . That there be no filing in the rear portion of the
house.

On motion by Mr. Goehringer, Seconded by Mr. Grigonis, it
was:
RESOLVED, to GRANT as applied, the Appl. No. 3894 - Joseph
and Lawrence Pearlstein, SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
1. That it not be any closer than 33 ft. of North Sea
Drive.
2. That it remain unroofed and open.
On motion by Mr. Goehringer, Seconded by Mr. Grigonis, it
was:
RESOLVED, to to schedule and advertise the following
matters for public hearings to be held on Thursday, February 1,
1990, commencing at 7 :30 p.m. :
