Please be advised that I purchased the above referenced property on June 10, 2016.
I hereby request that the above referenced permit for the dock and bulkhead be
transferred to my name.
I understand that my predecessor's,the Duffys, did not'transfer the permit obtained
by their predecessor, Mary Kirwin, copy enclosed.
The $50.00 transfer fee is also enclosed. You may contact me at the above address or
