JAMES McFARLAND 3075 Indian Neck Lane, RR#3 Peconic, NY 11958 for [Appellant(s)] At a Meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals held on April 27, 1983 the above appeal was considered, and the action indicated below was taken on your [ ] Request for Variance Due to Lack of Access to Property New York Town Law, Section 280-a [ ] Request for Special Exception under the Zoning Ordinance Article , Section ~ ] Request for Variance to the Zoning Ordinance Article III , Section 100-31 and 100-36 [ ] Request for The following action was taken: WHEREAS, on March 22, 1983, Appeal No. 3103, application for MR. AND MRS. JAMES McFARLAND was filed requesting permission to con- struct an addition to the existing dwelling with an insufficient sideyard setback from the easterly sideyard line; and WHEREAS, on March 28, 1983, correspondence was forwarded to the applicant requesting approval from the N.Y.S. Department of Environmental Conservation; and WHEREAS, on April 20, 1983, a request was submitted in behalf of the applicants to withdraw this application; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Appeal No. 3103, applica- tion for MR. AND MRS. JAMES McFARLAND, BE AND HEREBY IS WITHDRAWN WITHOUT PREJUDICE, as requested. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Messrs. Goehringer, Doyen, Douglass and Sawicki.
