Dear Mr. & Mrs. Mironov:
On March 16, 2026, a Field Inspection was performed on the above-mentioned property
and it was determined at that time that the dock did not match the dimensions on the
site plan from the original permit. The existing dock does not match what was approved
under permit #4353.
The following action was taken at the Southold Town Board of Trustees regular meeting
held on Wednesday, March 18, 2026:
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees DENIES the request for a
Transfer of Wetland Permit #4353 from John & Mary Kelly to Matthew Mironov &
Barbara Lichtenberg-Mironov, as issued July 11, 1994.

Dear Town Of Southold Trustees,
We own the property at 2900 Beebe Drive in Cutchogue. It has come to our attention
that when we purchased the property the dock Permit#4353 was never transferred to
our names. We respectfully request that you transfer this permit from the names John
and Mary Kelly to our names, Barbara Lichtenberg-Mironov and Matthew Mironov.
Consider this letter permission to inspect our dock. If you need any further information,
please feel free to contact us. Enclosed is a check for$100.00 for processing fees.

Dear Mr. Kelly:
The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during
its regular meeting held on June 30, 1994 regarding the above matter:
WHEREAS, JOHN & MARY KELLY applied to the Southold Town Trustees for
a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of
Southold, application dated April 14, 1994 and,
WHEREAS said application was referred to the Southold Town
Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recorrmlendations,
and,
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect
to said application on June 30, 1994 at which time all interested
persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and,
WHEREAS, the Board members have personatiy viewed and are familiar
with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and,
WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and docUmentation
submitted concerning this application, and,
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will
not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of
the town,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees approves the application of JOHN
& MARY KELLY to construct a 3' X 30' catwalk (.Catwalk must extend to
top of bank so not to disturb bank at all), a 3' X 12' ramp, two 4' X
i0' floats and one 6' X 11' docking float to be taken out each
winter. Area must be re-vegetated after constr~ction. Located 2900
Beebe Drive, Cutchog~e.
Permit will expire two years fromthe date it is signed. Two
inspections are required and the Trustees are to be notified upon
completion of said project.

56-4-13.3, 13.4 and 14 to construct a two story building a minimum of 17' from
the edge of the existing fill. Parking will be located south of the building
and will be bluestone. Sanitary system wilt be as close to the easterly
property line as possible and a minimum of 100' from wetlands. The existing
upland to the west will be used only as a boat display area. Access between
the two sections of upland will be via a 4' x 85' pedestrian bridge that will
span the wetlands and the drain ditch. None of the wetlands will be filled or
otherwise developed. All in accordance with revised plans dated December 21,
1993.
The Council recommends approval but has concerns about the runoff and
drainage ditch. The CAC suggests the applicant investigate a way to JsoJate
the entire drainage system from discharging into the water or try to find a
method of filtration of the runoff into the drainage ditdn.

RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL
of the Wetland Application o~ CHARLES E. FRASER 118-~-1 for a Grandfather
Permit for 100' existing bulkhead built prior to 1939. Reconstructed
approximately 1958 [Rainbo). Also approximately 70~ jetty built approximately
1969.

RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL
WITH PROVISIONS of the Wetland Application of JOHN J. AND MARY E.
KELLY 103-3-15 to install 3 floats [ 2 - 4' x 10' and 1 - 6~ x 11') and 1 3' x
12' ramp.
The CAC recommends approval provided spartina is planted above the
mean high tide mark and install a catwalk about 10' past the vegetated area to
the floats as far as 40%

RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL
of the Wetland Application of NARROW RIVER MARINA 27-2-~ to remove high
spots at the entrance to the marina that was originally included and authorized
for maintenance dredging in Trustee Permit No. 3805 issued 2/23190 and
extended to 2/23/94. Reason for work not being done are [1) Owner's original
decision not to have the contractor return to complete the work (owner changed
his mind after receiving complaints of boats striking the bottom in the area of
Iow tide; [2) Contractors availability for such a small job and difficult
