From the Koroleski. residence® The- building in question was moved from Mattituck approximately 1956 and sets approximately I ft. from the property line 'oft the Koroleski farm Objection has been raised 'by the abovementioned neighbors to the camp or use 'of the building. It was -the opinion of the Board meiiibers that if this building were used .....as a labor camp- it should 'be moved closer to the Koroleski residence than t® a.ny other residence in the area® .. _ If, however' it was to be' classified as 'a one- family residence- it would have to have a minimum width access road approved._by the Board and' a building lot of 100 by 125 minimum and building must comply with the Health Department rules and regulations, The next,meeting' of the ,Southold Town Board of- Appeals will. be - held Thursday- July'30�, 1959, .7b30.
