A. Luce, east by Oyster Ponds Lane south by Fernando Jiminez, and west by Annie Wysocki. Fee paid ?15.00. The situation is unique and Woul.d, not be shared by all properties' alike in the 'immediate vicinity because this is the only lot. between the "B" Business' District lot - fading the Sta.ve. .road and the "A" district..buildings on' the south.
