Gentlemen:
Please be advised that I represent Frances N. Frisbie who is seeking to
construct a shed 10 feet by 12 feet on lot 106, Nassau Point, Suffolk
County, New York, (Suffolk County Tax Map # 1000-118-5-2.1) . The shed
will be set back approximately 250 feet from the lagoon by an existing
tennis court between the shed and t.he . lagoon is an existing house and
garage. There are no wetlands and I am enclosing herewith photographs
of the property showing the terrain and as you can see it is densely
wooded. .__.
Also enclosed please find a survey showing the proposed location of the
shed. I am hereby requesting a Waiver Letter from your Department.
Enclosed is my attorney's check in the sum of $35.00. In the event that
the amount' of the check is inaccurate please advise and I Ind you
the correct amount.
