Catwalk, ramp and float application for 680 Deep Hole Drive Mattituck Dear Mr. Krupski: I am in receipt of the Notice Of Action regarding our application for a catwalk, ramp and float. The fees came to more than I anticipated, and unfortunately I've recently had to pay out an additional $5,000 in income tax, and also, our refridgerator gave out two weeks ago, leaving us temporarily a bit tight for funds. As we are anxious to begin the project, we were wondering if you would consider issuance of the permit, if we were to provide 6 checks for $114, each dated the first of each of the next six subsequent months. Alternatively, if such an arrangement is unacceptable, we would appreciate if you would extend the period for the.permit fees for six months without our having to re-apply. Thank you for your assistance and kind consideration. Sincerely yours Richard K. Frerking N , c SOUTHOLD TRUS T- EES Na . Issued Date s2' AddreNOA r rrr.
