Fees must be paid, if applicable, and permit issued within six months of the date of this notification. Two inspections are required and the Trustees are to be notified upon completion of said project. Moved by Robert Keith, seconded by Bruce Loucka, it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Trustees APPROVAL of the Wetland Application of BLUEPOINTS COMPANY, INC. 140-1-23.1 to construct 100' x 4' open pile pier and place four prefabricated 8' x 30' open tanks in adjacent area. Tanks would be serviced by a 2000 GPM pump enclosed in a 5' x 5' structure. Intake and outfall pipes would run underneath the pier and the tanks connected in parallel.
