December 14, 1959
A-special' meeting of the Southold To-vm_ Board of Appeals
was called 7:25 P.M., Monday? December 14, 1959 at the Town
Clerk Office, Main Road' Southold, New York.
There were present: ' -Messrs. Robert W.- (Lllispie, - Jrm ,
Chairman' Herbert Rosenberg, and Charles Grigonis, Jr.
On -motion of Mr. Rosenberg, seconded,by Mr. Grigonis•
and carried, 7:30-P.M. (E.S.T) , Wednesday, -December 231 1959,
Town Clerk Office' Main Road', Southold, New York was set as`
time and pla;ce' for hearing upon- application of Robert Loesges,
Bay View Road and Smith Drive North, Southold, New "Yorks -for
a variance' in accordance with-State of New York Town Law'
Section 280A for recognition of access. Location of -property,.
on, south side-private right-'of-way off west side-North Bay
view Road; Southold2 New York,- bounded north by private right-
of-wayy 'southeast by land of Hilton Epp, and west by Sayre
and Young.
Vote -of- the 'Board: Ayes:,- - Mr. Gillispie, Mr. Rosenberg,
and Mr. Grigonis.
Resoluton-was 'offered' by Mr®- Grigonis, seconded' -by Mr,
Rosenberg, and carried, to set 'time and place for hearing
upon application of Joseph Stagnitta as 7:40 P.M. (E.S.T.),
Southold Town Board of Appeals -2- December 14, 1959
Wednesday, December 23, 1959, Town Clerk Office, Main Road;
Southold; 'Mew 'York. Application for a' variance in accordance
with Zoning Ordinance Article III, 'Section 306, for permission
to reduce front yard setback on a corner lot. Location of - '
property: west side Luthers Road and Captain Kidd Drive, Lot
No. 1947 Capt. Kidd Estates, Mattituck, New York.
Vote of the 'Board: Ayes:- Mr. Gillispie, Mr. Rosenberg,
and Mr. Grigonis.
It was further RESOLVED that legal notice be published
in the official newspaper on date of December 18, 1959•
Vote of the-Board: Ayes:- Mr. Gillispie, Mr. Rosenberg,
and Mr. Grigonis.
The 'next meeting of the Southold Town Board of Appeals
will be held 7:30 P.M. , Wednesday1 +December 237 1959, Town
Clerk Office , Main Road, Southold, New York.
Meeting adjourned at 7:45 P.M.
