Dear Sirs :
We recently acquired a piece of property in Pebble Beach Farms
in East Marion. We plan to build on the property as soon as
possible and are currently in the process of acquiring all the
necessary permits to begin construction. The parcel of property
is on a bluff, directly on Long Island Sound. We would like to
know if the Trustees have jurisdiction on parcels of property
on the Sound. For your convenience, the tax map designation
is as follows :
