In reply to your letters of August 20, 1981, in regard to piles and
dock for Clifford Cornwall and of August 26, 1981, in regard to bulk-
head and dock for A. Marchese, we find both these projects need a
permit.

I would like to inform you of the intended replacement of existing
piles in an existing dock as shown -on the attached work plan. As
I believe this work does not require a permit from the Trustees of
the Town, no application is attached herewith.
Appropriate applications are being filed with the NYSDEC and
Corps of Engineers.
Please keep this letter on file should anv inquiries be forthcoming.
