It is my/our understanding that we are to maintain this structure with materials designed to endure 30 years and or equivalent to the original approved structure and that for any maintenance which involves more than 5% in length of this structure we are to give prior written notice to the administrator, waiting for their approval in all but true emergency situation's which would seriously endanger life, property and important coastal natural resource features such as bluffs or wetlands. We further understand that failure to maintain the structure could result in a requirement to post a bond and or have the repairs ordered as a lien against the property upon a finding by the Trustees that said lack of maintenance would risk life, property or important natural resources features including protected, rare or threatened animals and plants. The CAC recommends approval provided the project does not block the navigation of adjacent neighbors and the walkway is elevated. 4' above grade of marsh. Moved by Stephen Angell, seconded by Patricia Isaksen, it was RESOLVED to TABLE the Wetland Application of CANDACE, CORLETT 99-3-17.1 to construct a 4' x 8' fixed dock leading to a 3' x 10' ramp leading to a 6' x 10' floating dock in a dredged canal. Lagoon Lane, Mattituck. Vote of Council: Ayes: All Motion carried. Moved by Bruce Loucka, seconded by John Holzapfel, it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Trustees APPROVAL WITH A STIPULATION of the Wetland Application of JOYCE R. ANDERSON 53-4-21 to extend existing southerly return by 101. Construct new 20' northerly return. Replace tie-rods and deadmen in existing bulkhead and backfill with 25+/- c.y. of clean sand fill to be trucked in from upland source and delivered over owner's property. Remove and replace an existing 4' x 8' stairway. The Council recommends approval provided a 10' native vegetative buffer be maintained. 2625 Bayshore Road, Greenport Vote of Council: Ayes: All Motion carried. Moved by Stephen Angell, seconded by Robert Keith, it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Trustees APPROVAL of the Wetland Application of MATT-A-MAR MARINA 114-3-1 to add a green chain link fence to the existing retaining wall on south side of property 5' in height, then runs inside property along Wickham Avenue (east border) to north side.
