Dear Mrs. Pfifferling:
As you requested, enclosed are the two photos of old
broken dock and sketch (sideview) of the planned replacement.
I have also included a blank check for a license fee for this
new structure.
I am not certain if this structure comes under your
"grandfather clause" as you explained but, the dock in its pre-
sent condition can be inspected at 1530 North. Oakwood Drive,
Laurel , New York. It was constructed by myself approximately
16 years ago. It replaced a much longer pier, by Charles
Gildersleeve the former owner with construction, prior to 1955.
Please contact me at my office in Paterson, New Jersey
at 800R221-0146 or at my home, 914-381-2084, 410 Warren Avenue
