After inspecting the files,. I find no permit for this structure. I have also checked our recent creek inventory that was conducted, and find .no information on file. I, therefore, will have the Board of Trustees make a site inspection of same, for their determination a's to "Grandfathering" or filling out the regular application forms. If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate calling this office at the phone number listed above. Please note that the Board will make their inspections on October 24, 1984. I have also included a blank check for a license fee for this new structure. I am not certain if this structure comes under your "grandfather clause" as you explained but, the dock in its pre- sent condition can be inspected at 1530 North. Oakwood Drive, Laurel , New York. It was constructed by myself approximately 16 years ago. It replaced a much longer pier, by Charles Gildersleeve the former owner with construction, prior to 1955.
