I have also included a blank check for a license fee for this new structure. I am not certain if this structure comes under your "grandfather clause" as you explained but, the dock in its pre- sent condition can be inspected at 1530 North. Oakwood Drive, Laurel , New York. It was constructed by myself approximately 16 years ago. It replaced a much longer pier, by Charles Gildersleeve the former owner with construction, prior to 1955.
