When the Senior Bay Constable .responded to our complaint in October, it was apparent the structure had been removed for the season. As you may not place this structure in West Harbor without a Town Wetlands permit, you are hereby put on notice that further activity in West Harbor in contravention to this and prior communications from the Board, shall result in your being issued a criminal summons to appear in court. By copy of this letter, Fishers Island Bay Constable, John Clavin, is directed to enforce Chapter 97 of the Code of Southold in this matter.
