Gillispie, Jr., Chairman Robert Bergen Herbert Rosenberg Charles Gregonis,Jr. Serge Doyen, Jr. C H A I R M A N ' S M I N U T E S Southold Town Board of Appeals January 15, 1959 A special meeting of the Southold- Town Board of Appeals was held on Thursday, January 15, 1959, at 7:30 P.M. in the Town Clerk's Office, Southold, New York. There were present: Messrs. Robert W. Gillispie, Jr. , Chairman, Robert Bergen, Herbert Rosenberg and Charles Gregonis, Jr. Absent: Mr. Serge Doyen, Jr. Also present: -, Mr. Howard M. Terry, Building Inspector Appeal of James and Claudia Darden, No. 134, was received. The application and attached papers were studied by the Board. The Chairman requested that Attorney Wickham supply the following information: Proof of ownership of lot -= Hubbards are listed as owners and former owners of lot in the application for building permit. On motion made by Mr. Rosenberg, seconded by Mr. Bergen and unanimously carried it was RESOLVED, that a time and place be fixed for the following public hearing to be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Southold.- Public Hearing to be held at the Town Clerk's Office, Main Street, Southold, New York on January 29, 1959 on the following: t .J s ' Southold Town Board of Appeals -2- January 15, 1959 7:30 P.M. (E S.T. ) upon application of James and Claudia Darden for a variance - from the Building Zone Ordinance Sections 303 , 304, 307 and 308, and recognition of access under Section 280A of the Town Law. Property located north side of Main Road, bounded on north by land of Junius Hubbard; east by land of Herman Hubbard; south by land of Herman Hubbard; and west by land of Maston. A letter from Attorney Henry Zaleski relative to Eugene Puskarz was received and ordered filed. A letter from Attorney Edgar Hills pertaining to the Arnold Sacks case was received and read. Each feature of Mr. Hills ' letter was thoroughly discussed by the Board of Appeals. Meeting adjourned at 10:35 P.M. Respectfully submitted, Robert W.
