A regular meeting of the Southold Town Board. of Appeals was held at 7:30 P.M.
on Thursday., July 24, 1958$ in the Town Clerks Office., Southold, New York
There were present: Messrs. Robert 71. Gillispie, Jr., Chairman; Robert Bergen,
Herbert Rosenberg and Charles Grigonis, Jr.
Absent: Xr, Serge Doyen, Jr.
Also present: Mr. Howard M. Terry, Building Inspector.
The , Harry Lister application for a special exception to erect and maintain
a marina for non—commercial boats at Fleets Neck., Cutchogue, New York, originally
scheduled for public hearing at 7:30 P.M., July 24, 1955., was postponed one week to
July 31, 1958, at S P..M..., on the advice of counsel. In order to familiarize themselves-
with the ,site in question the Board visited the site and spent over an hour, looking
over the property.
.On their return to the Town Clerk's office the Board members read the Minutes of
the July loth meetinC.g,, On motion duly made by Mr. Rosenberg, seconded by Mr, Bergen,
and carried, Minutes were approved as corrected..
Minutes of the July 17th meeting were then .read. On motion made by IJIr. Grigonis.,
seconded by Mr. Bergen' and carried., Minutes were approved as submitted.
The next: regular meeting of the Board to be held at 7:30 P.M. on July 31sta.
Meeting adjourned at :30 P.M.
