There were present: Messrs. Robert W. Gillispie, Jr., Chairman, Robert Bergen, Herbert Rosenberg and Charles Grigoni.s, Jr., and Serge Doyen, Jr. Also present:, Mr. Howard Me Terry, Building Inspector. PUBLIC HEARING: Appeal No. 110 - Application of Henry 0. Kruger of Oak Street, Cutchogue, New York, for a variance in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance, Article III, Section 304, for permit to build an addition to premises on Lots 30 and 31 on map of Eugene Heights, east side of Oak Street, Cutchogue, N.Y., Fee Paid-$15.00. Chairman opened the hearing by reading application for the variance, notice of disapproval issued to applicant by the Building Inspector and legal notice of hearing with affidavit attesting to its publication in the official newspaper• Southold,'Town Board of...Appeals, ' .
