Gillispie, Jr., Chairman Robert Bergen Herbert Rosenberg Charles 'Gregonis, Jr. Serge Doyen, Jr. MI.'N' UTES Southold Town Board of Appeals December 4p 1958 A regular meeting: of the Southold Town Board of Appeals was held at the Town Clerks Office, Southold, New York, on Thursday, December 4, 1958, at 7:30 P.M.. There were present: Messrs. Robert W. Gillispie, Jr., Chairman, Robert Bergen, Herbert Rosenberg and Charles Gregonis, Jr. Also present:: Mr. Howard Me Terry, Building Inspector. PUBLIC BEARING: Appeal No. 122, Application of Alexander Blaschak, for a variance in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance Article IV, Section 400, for permit to use for residential purposes property located on the east side of New . Suffolk Lane, Cutchogue, N.Y. Fee Paid $,15.00. Chairman opened the hearing by reading application for the variance, notice of disapproval issued to applicant by the Building Inspector and legal notice of hearing with affidavit attesting to its publication in the official newspaper. Howard. Terry showed a sketch of the property and described same. Chairman: "Is there anyone present who wishes to speak for this application? Mr. and Mrs. Blaschak spoke and stated that they wished to use the upstairs for residential purposes, on a building now used as a garage and for storeage purposes. Mr. Blaschak stated that the property was bounded on the North by Overton;South by Horton; east by Billard, and Nest by New Suffolk Avenue.
