Letter to T�Irs. Splitter advising date of public hearing, application for the
variance and legal notices with affidavits from two official town newspapers were
read the Chairman..
There being no one present who wished to speak -either "fora- or "lagainstl" this
appeal the Board studied_ application_,and map,-and_agreed. to grant the requested
variance since a lic s decided upon the best location of the house that is
possible on this irregularshaped lot. Strict application of the Ordinance would
produce undue and unique hardship and variance does observe the spirit of the
ordinance,
Minutes of the August 29th meeting were read. On motion made by Mr. Rosenberg,
secondedw.by-Mr. Bergen,- and carried, minutes were approved.
Meeting adjourned at 11925 P.M.
