Appeal was unaninously granted._ It was the feeling of the Board_ that strict application of the ordinance would.produce undue and unique hardship as lotX was purchased before the enactment of the Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of resale and has been held in single and separate ownership since that time. The variance does observe the spirit of the Ordinance and would_. not change the character of the district as all other lots in this immediate area are of similar or smaller size.
