A regular meeting of the Southold Town Trustees was called to
order at 4 P.M. , October 30, 1961, at the Southold Town Clerk' s
Office,

Minutes of the meeting of September 25, 1961 were read and approved.
Quitclaim deed to Catherine R. and Jerome F. Grattan and Alice
M. Duffy was signed by the Board.
An application submitted by William Wickham, Attorney, for qu�tt&laim
d'ded`s: t-.a-:falled lands on Mattituck Creek for Harry E. Mason and
Flora B. Mason, Trustees, and for Brower Woods Association was
read and discussed.
It was decided that the Board request Xkmkkwzxp ±oxx Mr. Wickham
for a boundary line agreement between the two parties and for
quitclaim deed forms with the proper descriptions of the properties
as determined by this agreement for signature by the Board of
Trustees.
Application of Joseph and Estelle Berdinka for permission to dredge
out a drain along their property for a length of 45 ' x 8 ' wide x
2 ' below low water was read, (The property located on Bayberry Road
and the area to be dredged in West Creek, Southold)
Application approved. Fee $10.00.
The Board voted to change the time of their regular meetings
from 4:00 P.M. to 1: 30 P.M. from now until April.
