MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 25, 1961.
A meeting of the Southold Town Trustees was called to order
at 4 P.M. on September 25, 1961, at the Town Clerk Office,
Southold, New York.
Present: Emmond Dean
Philip Weiler
Frank Dawson
John McNulty
Marion Regent
The minutes of the meeting of August 28, 1961, were read
for information.
The following permits were signed by the Trustees:
John F. Kelly
T. R. Fleschuta
Wm. H. Bradford
A quitclaim deed from the Trustees to Mr . & Mrs. Robert T.
Halliday was also signed by the Trustees.
Application of Dr. & Mrs. Arthur J. Follenius of Crescent
Beach, Greenport, N.Y. for permission to erect a stake in
Gull Pond for permanent anchorage was read and approved.
Fee $ .50.
Application of Guild Dean of Greenport, New York, for
permission to erect a stake in Dam Pond, East Marion, N.Y.
was read and approved. Fee $ .50.
