MEETING OF FEBRUARY 3, 1961.
A meeting of the Southold Town Trustees was called to order
at 2 P.M. at the Southold Town Clerk' s Office on Feb. 3, 1961.

Howard Terry, Building Inspector
Application of MORTON J. PHILLIPS for permission to redredge
the eroded area in ont of his property on Mattituck Creek
was granted, Fee $10.00.
Application of Joseph Moisa for permission to redredge the
eroded area in front of his property on Mattituck Creek
adjoining Morton Philips was granted. Fee $10.00.
Application of HORACE J. WILLIAMS to erect a dock 38 ft.
long by 5 ft. wide in front of his property on the wester-
ly side of Mattituck Creek and to erect a pile about 50 ft.
diagonally off the end of this dock was approved. Fee $15 .00.
-Application of M. Dempewoef for permission to clean bog
from in front of his property, Lot 13A, Nassau Farms, and
to make a beach was granted, excavation approximately 200
cu. yds. Fee $25 .00.
A card of appreciation was received from the family of
Henry Mull Tuthill.
