MEETING OF JANUARY 25, 1965
The regular meeting of the Southold Town Trustees was held
at the Town Clerk' s Office, Southold, N.Y. on Monday,
January 25, 1965, at 1: 30 P.M.
Minutes of the meeting of December 29, 1964 were approved.

Mr. Charles King appeared before the Town Trustees in relation
to an application of Dr. Max Miller for permission to build
a bulkhead, dredge and install a floating dock in Town Creek,
Southold, N.Y. in front of his property. Permit granted.
Bulkhead-46 .25, Pilings-$2.50, Floating dock-$30.00, and
Dredging-$60.00. Total fee $138.75 .
The application of Ruth Gimbernat to build a dock and set
four mooring piles in Howard' s Creek, Mattituck, New York,
was laid on the table until the Trustees could examine the
area.
A letter was sent to Mr. Walter Galazzi explaining why the
permit for a Bloating dock in Gull Pond, Greenport, New
York, was held up. The reason for this was that the Planning
Board desires to meet with the Town Trustees to establish
a pier and bulkhead line on man-made canals. The joint meet-
ing will be held February 15, 1965 at 8: 30 P.M.
