HomeMy WebLinkAboutTR-06/29/1964 MEETING OF JUNE 29, 1964 A regular meeting of the Southold Town Trustees was called to order at 1: 30 P.M. by President Alvah B. Goldsmith at the Southold Town Clerk Office on Monday, June 29, 1964. Mrs. Joseph D. Haeg and Mrs. Donnelly of Salt Lake Village, Mattituck, New York, appeared before the Board to discuss their application of April 27, 1964 for a dock along the prolongation of center line of private road on James Creek. After discussion the Trustees advised Mrs. Haeg and Mrs Donnelly to have Lawyer Cron, who is the Attorney for the families in favor of the dock and Lawyer Wickham, who is representing Mr. Marr' and Mr. Helbring, get together and see if they can work out a satisfactory solution for all. Mr. Frank Nowak, who is contemplating buying Harbpr Inn and several other people from that vicinity, appeared before the Board to discuss .the advisability of enlarging upon the marina there and wanted to know if the Board would have any particular objection to . his plans for the future. The Board will review the area before advising Mr. Nowak of their opinion. Reeve Jr. for filled lands in front of his property on Mattituck Creek. This deed was drawn up by William Wickham, Esq. , attorney for Mr. Reeve. Fee $1.00. Application of- Robert A. Moeller, E. Dougherty and William W. Worth to dredge in front of their property on. Jockey Creek was granted. - Length-460 ft. , width 25 ft. , 1500 yds @ .04 ----Fee $60.00. Application of Fred C. Koke, E. L. Sauer and E. Diefenbach to dredge in front of their property on Corey Creekwas granted - Length 200 ft. , width-50 ft. - 1500 cu Yds. @ .04 -----Fee $60.00. Ad j our nment Marion A. Regent, S c.
