A regular Meeting of the Southold Town Trustees was called to order
at 4 P.M. on June 27, 1960 at the Southold Town Clerk' s Office.

Marion Regent
Application of GEORGE SCHMIDT for erecting 2 stakes in front of his
property in Mattituck Creek was approved byt the application was
amended to include a floating dock, therefore, the fee was increased
to $10.00 and Mr . Schmidt was to be notified accordingly.
JOHN D. MORRISON application for deed to filled land was considered.
He having fulfilled the requirements of consent of adjoining property
owners and proof of ownership, the application was granted and the
description forwarded to Town Counsel for the proper forms of deed to
be submitted for the Board' s signatures.
Quit claim deeds were signed for
1 . Ernest E. Wilsberg and HArold Wilsberg
2 . Mary A. Smith
3 . Mary Edelmann
for filled lands in front of their properties on Mattituck Creek.
They were all cleared through Counsel Robert W. Tasker .
Application of FREDERICK KETCHAM for permission to remove old bulkhead
and construct new bulkhead and dredge out approximately 500 yards, and
erect floating docks in accordance with plans filed with War Department
was considered. Permit granted- fee $50.00.
Application of EDWIN A. SMITH for permission to erect a boat basin
within his property at Broadwaters Cove was considered. The application
was granted with the provision that the public be permitted to Oalk
aroung the excavated area. Fee $25 .00.
Applications for stakes at the Park on Town Creek were deferred pend-
ing a check up by a committee of the Board, A.B.Goldsmith and Frank Dawson.
Application of JOSEPH A. STAGNITTA for a mooring ,stake�was approved.Bo asin
