A regular meeting of the Southold Town Trustees was called to
order at 4 P.M. , April 25, -1960, at the Southold Town Clerk' s
Office by President Emmons Dean.

Minutes of last meeting read for information.
A letter was read from Mrs. Ethel M. Wells;> stating that she
had no objection to the application of MR. WILLIAM F. STEWART
previdin the dock and float are kept back 5 feet on his side
of the extended common boundary line between their respective
properties. On motion the amended application was approved.
Fee $10.00.
Application of MR. ERROL W. DOEBLER for permission to erect
a dock in front of his property on Jockey Creek was received.
Permit granted. Fee $15.00.
Application of CORNELIUS D. and LILIAN K. NINE for permission
to dredge in James Creek 90 feet wide by 25 feet back from
center line of gutter was received. Application granted. Fee $25.00.
Application of STEPHEN IRIMESCU for permission to build a dock
was returned -for information as to where this dock was to be
locatedy. nd A sketch of the property and adjoining properties
showing the location of dock and its relation to any dredged
channels is required before any action can be taken.
Application of WILLIAM KRUMHOLZi.and ROBERT MOYLAN were laid
on the table pending inspection of the sites and details on
the proposed work.
Application of Robert' ROTHMAN for permission to dredge roar
Jockey Creek Bridge was again laid on the table. Mr. Rothman
was advised that the Count 'Department of Public Works would
have to clear this prorosal before any further action can be
taken on this application.
The Board decided to meet at the Town Clerk' s Office at
2 P.M. Tuesday, April 26, 1960, to go out to inspect the sites
of proposed-work in Mattituck Creek.
