OR a) o 4 x The application of Mr. Alfred Livett for permit to dredge •0 in Baldwin' s Creek which was acted upon by the Trustees p P on May 25, 1959, has been cancelled at the request of W W a0i � the applicant. A new application was received from Mr; aro H i Alfred Livett for permission to erect a dock in Baldwin' s u Creek off the center of his Lot #111 Nassau Farms; said b ° h dock to be 30 feet overall length with an 18 foot L off 3 V the outer .end extending in a northerly direction. Permit a 0 ° granted; fee $10.00. A w 3 Application of Leroy C. Biggs of Broadwaters Road, Nassau -A E 0 o Point, Cutchogue, for permission to dredge in front of his property and dig out a basin 30 feet by 25 feet in rd a o Broadwaters Cove was received and considered. In as much o H as the material to be removed was approximately 800 yards `'•' A '� the Board voted the fee to be $35 .00,/. _--1 It was voted by the Board of Trustees that after consultation with the Town Counsel to determine the properrwording, that a notice be published in the local papers to the effect that any person digging holes or excavations in Town lands below high water mark in the creeks of the Town shall be required to refill these holes before leaving the area, and that the upland owners may require the Town Police to enforce this resolution.
