A meeting of the Southold Town Trustees was called
to order at the Town Clerk' s Office, Southold, at 4 PM
Tuesday, January 26, 1960.
Present: Emmons Dean
John McNulty
Frank Dawson
Philip Weiler
Alvah Goldsmith
Marion Regent
Robert W. Tasker, Town Attorney
Application of TILLIE VanDOVER for permission to
dredge and build a basin in fror of her property
on Broadwaters Drive on Haywaters Cove, Nassau
Point, Cutchogue, was received and considered.
Permission granted----fee $25 .00.
Application of Broadwaters Cove Association, Inc.
for permission to dredge and construct floats off
their property at the eastern end of Mason Drive in
Broadwaters Cove was received. In view of the lack
of details as to disposal of fill and area to be
dredged, the Board voted to approve the application
provided the proposed work meets the approval of
a committee of the Board after inspection. M. fee
to be $25 .00.
