Minutes of Southold Town Trustee Meeting Jan. 26, 1959
A regular meeting of the Southold Town Trustees was called
to order at Town Clerk's Office January 26, 1959 at 4 P .M.
Present: Emmons Dean
John McNulty
Frank Dawson
Philip Weiler
Alvah Goldsmith
Marion Regent
Minutes of last meeting read for information.
Application of JOSEPH GLADST NE of Deep Hole Drive,
Mattituck, for perm ssion' toI dredge marsh bog along the
shore line of .his lot on Deep Hole Creek was read and
discussed.j It was voted to grant the permit for a fee
of $10.00 unless the inspection of the property by NV
representatives of the Board should show it to be .1
detrimen$al to adjoining property. They will report
within 2 days to Mrs . Regent.
Application of CHARLOTTE S . O'KEEFE. Deep Hole Drive, ,
Mattituck, for permission to dredge along the shore line
of her property (3 lots) adjoining that of the first
applicant, was read and discussed. It was voted to
grant the permit for a fee df $30.00 subject to in-
spection as in the previous application. L •-yNV
