Minutes of Southold Town Trustees January 9, 1959 .
A regular meeting of the Southold Town Trustees was
called to order at the Town Clerk's Office at 4: 15
P .M., Friday, January 9, 1959 .
Present: Emmons Dean
John McNulty
Frank Dawson
Philip Weiler
Alvah B . Goldsmith
Marion Regent
Permits were signed for Alfred C. Rowohlt, Louise
Pfeil and Georgette and Angelo Petrucci as previously
approved.
The proposed Town Ordinance as revised was read, dis-
cussed and approved unanimously by the Board of Trustees
and was ordered forwarded to the Supervisor for action
and a public hearing.
The Tt(Vstees are to attend this public hearing.
The Board of Trustees voted to request the Town Board
to procure a suitable legal size filing cabinet for the
use of the Secretary to the Town Trustees for Keeping
the records, permits, etc.
The Clerk was requested to get prices on aerial survey
maps covering the Town of Southold for locating the
various permits issued.
Minutes read and approved.
Meeting adjourned. Next meeting called for Januar 26, 1959 .
