Town Clerks Office at 4 P.M. on Tuesday, July 2, 1957 by President Emmons Dean. Present: Emmons Sean Frank Dawson John McNulty Philip Weiler Alvah Goldsmith Marion Regent Minutes of last meeting read for information. The Board decided the matter of the application of Burnett F. Tuthill. In view of the fact that all the dredging was on bis own property, the application was granted and the fee reduced to the minimum of $1.00, The Clerk was instructed to advise Mr, Tom Daley_that his request to dredge a new channel into Hippodrome Creek, Southold, was denied pending an agree- ment by all surrounding property owners as to the location and specifications of the proposed work. Application of Harold R._Reeve, Jr. for permission to erect a dock in front of his property on ttituck Inlet east of Love Lane was received accompanied by a sketch and a check for $10.00. The Board considered the matter and decided to grant the application for a fee of $10.00. The application of Emile Darmstadt, for permission to lay f poles and board 1,eaa_o:a�� zxvx for a catwalk over the mead*ow bog in front of his property on the upper part of Eugene Creek on Stillwater Ave., Cutchog e, V.Y. was ghanted, the fee to be $1.00, The application of Robert Trubenbach. for permission to erect a 4 foot wide dock in front of hi—sir foot strip of property on Town Creek off Hobart Road between the properties of Ray Young and Kolle wes discussed at length, The Board decided that in view of the extremely narrow width of the upland property_ that it would not be equitable to grant permission to erect a dock where it would be impossible to use either side of the dock without encroaching on the rights of adjoining property owners. Unless written legal consent is obtained from the adjoining property owners the permit must be denied, An application was read from Raymond W. Terr . and Susan Term for permission to drudge along the northerly shore line In front"o " `ie'ir property on Jockey Creek beginning at a point approximately 200 feet from the Main Road and ex- tending easterly a distance of 1000 feet. It is understood that hhis dredging will not result in any encroachment beyond the center line of the existing gutter unless mutually agreed to in writing by property owners affected.
