MINUTES OF TOWN TRUSTEE MEETING AUGUST 28, 1956
TOWN CLERK'S OFFICE SOUTHOLD, N.Y.
A meeting of the Southold Town Trustees was called to order
by President Emmons Dean on August 28-, 1956, at the Southold
Town Clerk's Office, Southold, N:Y. g
Present: Emmons Dean
Philip Weiler
John McNulty
Alvah B. Goldsmith
Marion Winters, Sec.
R. G. Terry, Town Counsel
41r. Oscar B. Gunther of Mattituck, N.Y. appeared before the
Board and presented a letter stating certain facts applying
to his application for a grant of land under water dated
July 19, 1956.
The Board referred the application to the Town Board- for
their decision as to the proposed application and its
effect on the Town's rights along the road at this point.
The Board of Trustees requested Mr. Gunther to effect a
satisfactory mutual agreement with adjoining property
owners and present it 0% to the Board for its further
consideration.
Meeting adjourned at 5:30 P.M.
