TOWN CLERK'S OFFICE _ SOUTHOLD, NEW YORK
A meeting of the Board of Trustees was held in the Town
Clerk's dffice Southold, N.Y. , at 4 P.M. on Tuesday,
November 22, 1�55.
Present: Emmons Dean
Frank Dawson
John McNulty
Alvah B. Goldsmith
The report of the State Examiners was read and discussed.
The permit issued to Dr. James D'Wolf on November 5, 1949,
was on motion rescinded as -the proposed work was cancelled
subsequent to the issuance of permission by this Board.
The permit of H. C . Rowe Co. voted on March 27, 1954,
was on motion rescinded as the proposed project was not
undertaken.
A request was read from Frederick_ Boergesson for a
nce �ysy
permit to bulkhead a dista of 100f64' and to dredge C "\k
a distance of 20 feet from high water mark in front of '`�'
said bulkhead in front of his property on Arshamomaque _\NV
Creek (Lots 53 thru 58 'of Map of Summer Haven) , a depth
not to exceed 4' feet. It was voted to grant the request
for a fee of $25.00.
It was agreed that the next meeting of the Town Trustees
will be held on January 31 1956.
Minutes of the meeting read and approved.
