A meeting of the Town Trustees was held on Tuesday,
July 12, 1955, at 1+ P.M. at the Southold Town .Clerk's
Office,
Present: Emmons Dean,. President
Lyle Tuthill
Frank Dawson
Marion Winters Sec
This meeting was called -.special to renew the ease
made in June 1952, to Mr. VanderBo ; of
Sayville of the bottom in Down's Creek..for cult-
ivation of seed oysters.. The lease was made for a
term of three years , commencing July 1, 1955 and
ending June 30th, '1958, at the yearly rental of
Twenty-five Dollars per year, payable July 1st,
19559 July 1st, 1956, and July 1st, 1957, during
the full term of. this lease.
The next meeting will be held at 4 P.M. on Tuesday,
August 30, 1955, at the Town Clerk's Office.
