MEETING OF OCTOBER 6, 1970
A meeting of the Southold Town Trustees was held at hhe Town
. Clerk Office on Tuesday, October 6, 1970, at 7 :30 P.M. with
the following present: Alvah B. Goldsmith, Frank Dawson,
George Simpson, Douglas Robertson, John F. McNulty and
Marion Regent, Secretary.
Application of Harold G. Baldwin, Mattituck, to fill an area
of his own property from James Creek off Bay Avenue was read.
The Trustees will review property.
Application of Herbert Lindveit and Charles Burst to dredge
a canal using fill from Corey Creek to protect shore line
was read. The Trustees will review property.
Application of Steve Mitacchione, Eugene °Rd. , Cutchogue, to
dredge in Eugene Creek was read. The trustees will review
property.
Application of Dr. Joseph J. Lizewski to dredge area in front
of his property on Moose Cove, Cutchogue was read. The Trustees
request that Dr. Lizewski give a more derailed illustration.
Application of Ann P. Sullivan to place a stake in Corey Creek
was read. Since the application was not clear as to whether
mrs. Sullivan wanted one or two stakes, the application was
held for further information.
The next meeting will be Monday, November 8, 1970, at 7 :30 P.M.
