The Southold Town Trustees held their regular monthly meeting at the Town Clerk Office, Southold, N.Y. on January 5, 1970, with the following present: Alvah B. Goldsmith George Simpson John F. McNulty Frank Dawson Douglas Robertson Marion Regent, Sec. This meeting being the Organization meeting for 1970, it was moved, seconded and unanimously carried that Alvah B. Goldsmith be reelected President df the Southold Town Trustees. Marion Regent was appointed Secretary. James Knowles requested that the stakes adjoining his property at Parkers Landing, Indian Neck, Peconic, be checked before Spring to determine who has permits in that area. The Trustees discussed the application of Harry E. Kampf, on Goose Creek, in the subdivision known as Southwood, Southold. The Trustees will visit the area before a decision is made. After reviewing the proposed agreement with William and Regina Victoria, it was found that everything was in order. The Trustees signed said agreement and returned two copies to Richard Lark, Esq. upon receipt of $1. 00. The description of the property granted to William Victoria is as follows : (on separate sheet) The next meeting of the Trustees will be February 9, 1970. Marion Regent, Sec.
