MEETING OF APRIL 5, 1971.
The Southold Town Trustees met at the Town Clerk Office, Southold,
New York, at 7 :30 P.M. on Monday, April 5, 1971 with the following
present: Alvah B. Goldsmith, President; John F. McNulty; Douglas
Robertson; Frank Dawson; George Simpson and Marion Regent, Secretary.
Application of Fred C. Koke, Calves Neck, Southold, to dredge
40 ' x 40 ' in Town Creek in front of his own property and place
approximately 200 cu. yds. of fill on the shore was approved. Fee $8. 00.
Application of Lloyd W. Lindsay, Bungalow Lane, Mattituck, N.Y. to
place a stake in Gardiners Creek, (Deep Hole Creek) in front of his
property was granted. Fee $1. 00 paid.
Application of C. Raymond Radigan, and four neighbors of Meday Ave. ,
Mattituck, N.Y. to build a community dock 50 ' x 3 ' at the foot of
Howard Avenue was approved, subject to the right of other lawful
residents to use this right of way. Fee $25. 00.
Application of Robert Isles , Bayview Road, Southold, to dredge an area
50 ' x 50 to 10 ' in Laughing Waters (Goose Creek)was approved, all in
accordance with the application submitted. Fee $8. 00.
Application of Marie Hendrickson, North Drive, Mattituck, New York,
to place two stakes in Mattituck Inlet off a right of way was granted,
all in accordance with the application submitted. Fee $2. 00 paid.
