A regular meeting of the Southold Town Trustees was held at the Town Clerk Office, Southold, New York, on Monday, January 4, 1971, at 7 :30 P.M. with the following present: President Alvah B. Goldsmith, Frank, Dawson, George Simpson, John F. McNulty and Douglas Robertson. The minutes of the meeting of December 7, 1970 were read and approved. A letter was read from Ruth E. Bohn, Beebe Drive, Cutchogue, N.Y. request- ing permission to dredge for maintenance purposes, the existing channel which was dug by permit #452 issued in 1967 , the spoil to be placed on the beach lot adjoining Wilson Landing. It was agreed by the Trustees that a new permit was not necessary. The Trustees will review Gotham Sand and Gravel, Mattituck Creek, and the work done in Eugene Creek, Cutchogue by Mr. Matacchione at 1 : 00 P.M. on Tuesday, January 5, 1971. A letter was sent to Mr. Richard Nagy in relation to Major' s Pond, Orient, a copy of which is Adjournment. Marion A. Regent. Secretary.
