Clerk's Office, Southold, N.Y.
Present: Emmons Dean, Frank Dawson, Philip Weiler, John
McNulty., Alvah Goldsmith and Marion Regent.
Mr. McMann, Attorney for Edwin King, appeared before the
Board to inquire if the Board had acted upon the request
of Mr. King for a permit to perform certain work in conn-
ection with his property in Orient. He was advised by Mr.
Dean that action on his request, would most likely be taken
at this meeting.
Upon reviewing Mr. King' s application, it was found that the
plan submitted was not understandable and that it was apparent
that much work had been done without permission and that this
project was "in violation of the Town Ordinance. It was the
unanimous opinion of the Trustees that all work should be -
stopped on this project until adequate detailed surveys
shall be submitted showing in detail the original condit-
ions before any work was done and what was done as a result
of this Board' s approval of a bulkhead (100 x 300 x 100)
approved on July 31, 1961 and what work, has been done up
to date without permit and what work is .further proposed.

ensions in plan and elevation in detail. .
