MEETING OF APRIL- 30; 1962
A regular meeting of the Southold Town Trustees was called to
order at 1:30 P.M. on Monday, April 30, . 1962, at the Southold
Town Clerk' s Office by President Emmons Dean.

Alvah Goldsmith
Minutes of the previous meeting were read for information.
Application was received from HELEN REITER for permission to
dredge an area along the westerly line of Mill Creek in front
of their property, the material to be used to fill the meadowland
on :their property and provide space out of the channel for a
boat. Application approved. Fee $15.00.
Application of FREDERICK BURGON for a permit to erect a stake
in Mattituck Creek 40 feet west of fence of Mattituck Park
District was approved. Fee $ .50 paid.
Application of WILLIAM JACKOWSKI for permit to erect a stake
on Town Property approximately 185 feet east of Westphalia Road
was approved. Fee $ .50 paid.
Application of HENRY FRANCIS to erect a stake in Mattituck
Creek between Mattituck Park property and Westphalia Road was .
approved. Fee $ .50 .
Application of MINNIE or ALBERT WALGO for permit to erect a
stake in Mattituck Creek about 200 feet east of Westphalia
Road was approved. Fee$ .50 paid.
Application of WALTER BONDARCHUK for #1 Eastern spile off
parking lot in Gull Pond as per sketch, was approved. Fee 450 paid.
Application of CHESTER KUCYN for permit to dredge and erect a
dock & mooring piles was deferred pending inspection by the Board.
Minutes read and approved.
