The Southold Town Trustees met at the Town Clerk Office, Southold, N.Y.
on Monday, March 4, 1968 with the following present: Alvah B. Goldsmith,
Frank- Dawson, John F. McNulty, George Simpson, Douglas Robertson and
Marion Regent, Secretary.
Mr. & Mrs. Rudolph George Mueller of Westview Avenue, Mattituck., N.Y.
appeared before the Board with an application to extend their present
dock approximately 25 feet longer than the original permit granted
(Permit #p432) Permit granted. Fee $12. 50.
Application dated January 15, 1968 of August Bohn requesting permit to
remove 725 cup;, yd. was amended at his request to read 440 cu. yad.
The fee was reduced from $29. 00 to $17.60.
Applications of Otto Macomber and Dr. Walter Kaczmarczyk of Goose Bay
Estates for stakes in Goose Creek will be reviewed by Mr. Robertson
and processed at the next meeting of the Town Trustees.
A letter was sent to Mr. Mastrosimone informing him that the Town
Attorney is in the process of drawing up a boundary line agreement
in accordance with the survey already agreed upon.
Attorney Lark from William Wickham's Office met with the Trustees to
acquaint himself with the case against William Victoria. After a lengthy
discussion, it was decided that the Board would inspect the area again
since some erosion has taken place and that Mr. Lark would obtain more
information on the County dredging. The Trustees will then meet with Mr.
Lark again.
