The Southold Town Trustees met at the Town Clerk Office on Monday,
April 1, 1968, at 7 :30 P.M. with the following present: Alvah B.
Goldsmith, John F. McNulty, Douglas Robertson, Frank. Dawson, George
Simpson and Marion Regent, Secretary.
The minutes of the meeting of March 4, 1968 were read and approved.
Receipt of a check in the amount of $260.00 from William M. Beebe
Cutchogue, N.Y. was acknowledged to cover 6500 cu. yds. of -material_
dredged from. Eugene Creek C .04 per cu. yd.
A letter was read from the Planning Board inviting the Town Trustees
to meet with them on April 16, 1968, at 8:30 P.M. to discuss a pro-
posed master plan for all creeks in the Town of Southold.
Decision on the application of Frank Zaleski and residents of Deep Hole
Drive, Mattituck, N.Y. was withheld until. after the meeting of the
Trustees with the Planning Board on April 16, 1968.
Application of E. D. LaRocca of Bay View Road, Southold, to bulkhead
and dredge along property front was returned to him, since the Trustees
have no jurisdiction over man-made canals on private property. -Mr.
LaRocca was advised by the Trustees to apply to the Planning Board
before proceeding with this project.
The boundary line agreement between the Trustees and Michael 'Mastros.imone
covering premises adjacent to Gull Pond, Greenport,has been drawn and
8bpies sent to Mr. ' Mastrosimone for his signature, after being signed l

Attorney Lark appeared before the Board again to discuss the case of
William Victoria..
Application of Wunneweta Pond Association, Capt. S. C. Anderson, Pres. ,1
to repair small boat channel in Wunneweta- Pond by dredging 500 feet
by 20 feet was granted. 150 cu. yd. of fill is to be removed at .04 per
cu. yd. - .Fee $6.00.
Application of Arthur Fleming to dredge along shore line in front of his
property on Little Creek for 65 feet was granted. Yards to be excavated
200 @ .04. Fee $8.00.
'Application of Harold Scudder for exissiding dredging along; shore line
in front of his property rom 35 feet franted by permit #439 to a
distance of 70 feet was grant d. The additional cu. yds. to -be removed
is 155 C .04 - Fee $6. 20. i:
Application of C. Austin Dawson, Critten's Lane, Southold, for two
stakes in Goose Creek off Southwood public landing was approved.
Fee $1.00 paid.

The following applications were received fDr permits in the Goose
Creek Area:
Goose Bay Civil Association Inc. for a permit for the existing two-level
dock and ramp - Permit granted without charge since this dock was in
existance in 1957 prior to date of Ordinance. CGoO se. Gr-e-e,►E),
Frank H. Fonda, Oak Avenue, Goose Bay Estates, for stakes in Goose
Creek in front of his property in accordance with application-Fee $1. 00.
Joseph W. Droogan, Oak Ave. , Goose Bay Estates, for two moorings in
front of property of Frank Fonda, in accordance with application-Fee $1.00.
J. Elvar, Lawson, Goose Bay Estates, for existing dock and two mooring
stakes. A permit for the dock (4 '6"xl6") only was issued. The Trustees
feel that anyone having a dock can use it for mooring until such time
as all the owners of property in Goose Bay Estates other than those on
the waterfront find space for their boats to be moored. Fee for dock-
$8.00, paid.
Emma T. Smith, Oak Avenue, Southold, to establish and maintain new dock
and two mooring posts in Goose Creek. A permit for the dock only (30 'x4 ' )
was issued. Fee $15.00. The permit for stakes will be held until it
can be determined if there is enough space for all owners of property
in Goose Bay Estates to moor their boats.
Frank F. Hundley to erect a dock and one mooring post in Goose Creek.
A permit for the dock only (4 `x32 ' ) was granted. Fee $5. 00. The permit
for stake will be held wntil it can be determined if there is enough
space for all owners of property in Goose Bay Estates ro moor their
boats in Goose Creek. -P
Alfred F. Weimann, to install a stake in Goose Creek in front of

property of Frank Hundley 45 ' west of Goose Creek_ Association dock, a

Otto Macomber, Pine Avenue, Goose Bay Estates, to install one stake 0
30 feet west of the Goose Creek Association dock. Fee . 50 paid.

Dr. Walter Kaczmarczyk, Pine Avenue, Goose Bay Estates, to place stakes
for boat in Goose Creek. Permit granted for second choice on application
submitted which is 15 feet from the easterly boundary of Goose Bay Estates
