MINUTES OF TOWN TRUSTEE MEETING --December 28$ 1954.
TOWN CLERK'S OFFICE SOUTHOLD, NEW YORK
A meeting of Southold Town Trustees was called to order by the
President, Emmons Dean' at 4 p.m. ' .December 28, 1954, at the
Town Clerk's Office.
Present: Emmons Dean
Frank Dawson
John McNulty
Alvah B. Goldsmith
Marion Winters
Permits to Phillip Betz Frederic Rich, Jeanette C. Goldsmith.
and Alvah B.— o dsmi were signed by the Board.
A fee o was voted to apply to the permit of Frederic
P. Rich.
The Permits granted to Alvah B. Goldsmith and Jeanette C.
Goldsmith were issued to cover the legal requirements of the
action taken by the Board of Town Trustees on February 13,
1940 at which time the applicationoof the petitioners was
granted but the formal papers were not then completed. These
legal forms confirm the action of the Board of Trustees on that
date.
It was agreed by all present that the clerk confer with
Supervisor Klipp about the proposed dredging and improving
of Mattituck Creek - that Mr. Klipp advise the County Engineer
that this Board is in accord with the proposed improvements
and that they will grant the necessary permits without fee
upon presentation of the proposed plans.
A check in the amount of $50.00 from Mr. A. L. R. Francisco
was returned to him as the records of the Board of Trustees
showed that this charge was paid by Mr. Francisco on April
7, 1954.
The minutes were read and approved.
The meeting adjourned at 5 P.M.
