MINUTES OF TOWN TRUSTEE MEETING OCTOBER 26,19`LI
TOWN CLERK'S OFFICE SOUTHOLD, NEW YORK
A meeting of the Town Truste.es was held at the
office of the Town Clerk in Oouthold, New York,
on Tuesday, October 26, 1954, at 4 P.M.
Present: Emmons Dean, President
Lyle F. Tuthill
Frank Dawson
John McNulty
Alvah B. Goldsmith
Mahon Winters
The minutes of the previous meeting were read fore
information.
The following permits were signed by the members
of the Board of Trustees : The Conservatson Depart-
ment to lease a section of bottom of northwest
corner of Dam Pond in East Marion, New York, for
seed oysters; Thomas .A . Litsch to dredge-and erect
a dock; Department Agricu tur . for the Plum
Island Project, and William T. and R se M. King
to dredge and erect three sma ocks .
Dr. James F. H'Wolf requested by letter that the
permit gran e o im to dredge and erect a dock
in front of his property be transferred to the
adjoining lot where he expects to build a home
and erect the proposed dock. The request was
granted by the Town Trustees .
The next meeting of the Town Trustees will be
held on the last Tuesday in November, the 30th5:
1954, at 4 P.M.
