®ear mrs. Bertos;,
I contacted the members of the
Board of Trustees following our conversation
by phone in relation to your application
for boat stapes in Jockey Creek.
The Board regrets that they
cannot issue permission for stakes in
Town waters un !Ws you are a property
owner. If at a later date you acquire
property in the Town of Southold, please
feel free to present your application
again.
I spoke to Mr. Richmond, the
Town Clerk, and he said he did not under-
stand that you did not own property or
rent year round. We regret this misunder-
standing.
Very truly yours,
Mrs. Mt ion A. Regent
